Since we provide digital marketing services (non-tangible, irrevocable services once delivered), our refund policy differs from policies for physical goods.

Service Not Started: Full refund if you cancel before any work or resource allocation begins.

Project Delay: If we fail to start the project within 14 business days of agreed project commencement (unless delayed due to client inaction).

Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree in writing to terminate the project at a mutually acceptable stage.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:

You change your mind after project commencement.

You fail to provide required inputs, feedback, or approvals causing delays.

Services are delivered as per the agreed scope but you are dissatisfied due to subjective reasons (e.g., change in marketing strategy, unexpected external results).

You have violated our Terms and Conditions.
Partial refunds, if any, will be considered case-by-case and at the sole discretion of Adovity Designs.
4. Cancellation Process
To cancel a service and request a refund (if eligible):

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
5. Additional Costs or Fees

Transaction Fees: Any payment gateway or banking charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Work Charges: If partial work has already been delivered, charges for completed milestones will be deducted proportionally.
No hidden fees are charged beyond what is agreed upon during service onboarding.
6. Service Modification or Replacement
In situations where you are dissatisfied with our service delivery (but a refund is not eligible):

We may offer service improvements or reasonable modifications at no extra cost, based on a mutual agreement.

Such modifications do not guarantee refund eligibility but aim to ensure client satisfaction.
